Monteput initiates pre-qualification for Podgorica bypass design

Montenegrin state road operator Monteput has launched a pre-qualification process for the design of a new road segment connecting the Smokovac and Tološi interchanges. The project aims to alleviate traffic congestion in the capital, Podgorica, though the timeline for construction and total project financing remain to be finalized.
