Serbian Candidate: Free Textbooks Cost Equivalent to 5% of National Stadium

Parliamentary candidate Aleksandar Baucal of the 'Student List – Students Win' proposes free textbooks, claiming the cost would be only five percent of the National Stadium's price. The statement is a campaign pitch, with no independent cost verification. It signals a focus on education in the student-led political platform.
