Poland: Justice Minister threatens substitute actions over Constitutional Tribunal judge oath delay

Maciej Berek, elected as a judge of Poland's Constitutional Tribunal, has not yet been invited to take the oath before President Karol Nawrocki. Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek announced that if the president continues to fail in this duty, substitute actions will be taken, escalating a constitutional standoff between the government and the presidency.
