Man charged with murder of boy and grand aunt in Offaly fire

A 22-year-old man has been charged with the murder of four-year-old Tadgh Farrell and his grand aunt Mary Holt, who died in a house fire in Edenderry, Co Offaly last December. The charge follows an investigation into the incident, which is now proceeding through the courts. The case is notable for its severity but remains a local criminal matter with no broader geopolitical or market implications.
