Tsvetkova Appointed Head of Moscow Theaters Department

Tatyana Tsvetkova, former head of the Moscow Department for the Promotion of Cultural Projects, has been appointed to lead the Moscow Theaters Department, according to the city's Department of Culture. This is a routine administrative reshuffle within Moscow's cultural bureaucracy, with no immediate policy implications. The appointment signals continuity in cultural management but lacks strategic significance.
