Uganda to Begin Crude Oil Exports in Early 2027 via New Tanzania Pipeline

Uganda is set to become a crude oil exporter in early 2027, with TotalEnergies and CNOOC developing the Tilenga and Kingfisher fields. The crude will be transported via a new pipeline to Tanzania's coast, and UNOC has appointed Vitol to market the Pearl Sweet crude.
