Caneb proposes fuel import liberalization to address supply shortages in Bolivia

The Chamber of National Exporters of Bolivia (Caneb) is calling for the removal of import barriers and VAT suspensions to allow private gas stations to source fuel directly. This proposal follows persistent supply failures by state entities YPFB and ANH, which are currently hindering freight logistics and export-driven foreign currency generation.
