DGAC official Hector Rojas Velasco found dead in Quito following disappearance

Héctor Rojas Velasco, an official from Ecuador's Civil Aviation Authority, has been found dead after being reported missing. The circumstances of his death remain under investigation by the Attorney General's Office and the National Police.
