Drive-by shooting in La Serena kills Venezuelan, wounds two

A drive-by shooting outside a nightclub in central La Serena, Coquimbo region, killed one Venezuelan citizen and seriously injured two others. At least 14 shots were fired from a vehicle on Balmaceda Street. The incident appears to be a targeted attack, but motive and suspects remain unknown.
