Russian Chief of Staff Claims Control of 92 Settlements in Ukraine Since September

Russian Chief of General Staff Valery Gerasimov reported to President Putin that Russian forces have taken control of 92 settlements and over 1,800 square kilometers in the Special Military Operation zone since September 1. This is a continuation of ongoing offensive operations, with claims of territorial gains. The report is unverified and likely part of official Russian narrative; independent confirmation is lacking.
