Argentina: Bow accidents in youth clubs persist; Joaquín Law unregulated

A 12-year-old boy in Lanús, Argentina, was hospitalized with a head injury from a bow accident, the sixth such incident in a year and following a fatal case in General Villegas. The Province of Buenos Aires passed the Joaquín Law three months ago to prevent these accidents, but it remains unregulated by Governor Axel Kicillof's administration, leaving enforcement gaps.
