Ecuador CNE publishes 65 candidates for Citizens' Participation Council

Ecuador's National Electoral Council (CNE) released the official list of 65 candidates for the Citizens' Participation Council, including 26 women, 38 men, and one indigenous representative. The list sets the stage for the selection process, with implications for the composition of a key oversight body. The gender and indigenous representation may be scrutinized against diversity expectations.
