Chilean authorities launch investigation into toddler death in La Serena

The Public Prosecutor's Office has initiated an investigation following the death of a two-year-old girl who fell into a well in a rural area near La Serena. The Investigative Police (PDI) are currently conducting forensic proceedings to determine the circumstances of the incident.
