Ukraine, Russia Coordinate Civilian Evacuation from Occupied Olekske

Ukraine's ombudsman reports that Kyiv and Moscow are finalizing evacuation details for civilians from the occupied Olekske community to Ukrainian-controlled territory. This marks a rare humanitarian coordination amid ongoing conflict, though implementation and access remain uncertain. The development signals potential localized de-escalation but does not indicate broader ceasefire progress.
