Halden murder suspect to undergo forensic psychiatric exam; police cite conflict

Norwegian police announced that the suspect in the killing of two men in a hunting group in Halden will undergo a forensic psychiatric examination. The main hypothesis is that the incident stemmed from a conflict, though details remain limited. This development is a routine legal step in a domestic criminal case with no broader geopolitical or market implications.
