Putin calls for global agreement on new world order foundations

Putin, speaking at the Valdai Club, asserted that East, West, North, and South must eventually agree on the foundations of a new world order, signaling Russia's push for a multipolar framework. This rhetoric continues Moscow's established narrative challenging Western-led order, but the mention of North-South adds a broader framing. The statement is aspirational with no concrete policy shift, yet it reinforces Russia's geopolitical positioning ahead of potential negotiations.
