Honduras Congress President meets Ukrainian counterpart on defense tech cooperation

Honduran congressional leader Tomás Zambrano met with Ukrainian parliament speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk to discuss technological cooperation for the Armed Forces and National Police. The meeting signals potential defense-tech ties between Honduras and Ukraine, though no concrete agreements were announced. This is a notable diplomatic engagement for Honduras, which has historically maintained neutrality on the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
