Air China suspends Madrid-Havana flights, stranding dozens of Cubans in Madrid

Air China has temporarily suspended flights on the Madrid-Havana route, leaving dozens of Cuban passengers stranded in Madrid with limited information and difficulty claiming compensation. The Chinese embassy confirmed the suspension but provided no timeline, and the disruption appears to be an operational decision rather than a political one. The incident highlights vulnerabilities in Cuba's international air connectivity and could strain bilateral travel relations.
