State of emergency declared in Trebinje, Bosnia and Herzegovina due to spreading wildfires

The Trebinje City Administration has declared a state of emergency as wildfires in the Zupci region move toward the Montenegrin border. It remains unclear if local firefighting resources are sufficient to contain the blaze or if cross-border cooperation with Montenegro will be required.
