Heraklion Airport partners with Greek biodiversity agency for sustainable tourism

The new international airport of Heraklion, Crete, has signed a strategic collaboration with O.F.Y.P.E.K.A., a Greek biodiversity protection agency, to jointly promote biodiversity conservation and sustainable tourism. This is a routine institutional partnership, not a market-moving event. The initiative signals alignment with EU sustainability goals but has no immediate economic or geopolitical impact.
