Zelenskyy in Oslo with US envoy; rejects Putin summit proposal unless Ukraine at table

Ukrainian President Zelenskyy met with the US Special Envoy in Oslo to discuss the war. Reports suggest Putin proposed a summit with the USA and China; Zelenskyy firmly stated such talks are only acceptable if Ukraine participates. This signals Kyiv's insistence on direct involvement in any peace negotiations, potentially complicating diplomatic efforts.
