Bolivian police have apprehended a member of the 'Los Choleros' criminal organization in Cobija, who was wanted for contract killing and kidnapping. The arrest highlights the ongoing violent struggle between 'Los Choleros' and Brazilian cartels, the PCC and CV, for control of illicit trafficking routes along the border.
