Israel Prepares for Potential Confrontation with Palestinian Authority

Israeli Defense Minister ordered military preparations for a possible confrontation with the Palestinian Authority, amid right-wing demands for its disarmament and ongoing operations in the northern West Bank. This marks a significant escalation in Israeli-Palestinian tensions, potentially expanding the conflict beyond militant groups to the PA itself. The move signals a shift in Israeli policy, though the likelihood and scope of actual confrontation remain uncertain.
