Norway nationwide train halt due to Telenor communication failure

A nationwide Telenor communication failure has halted all Norwegian train traffic and disrupted emergency services, including police and fire departments. Nkom has escalated its threat level and issued a warning against Telenor, citing unspecified security concerns, indicating a potential state-level or infrastructure-related cyber threat. The cause and duration of the outage remain uncertain, with a prior incident involving 20,000 Telenor SIM card failures under Nkom scrutiny.
