LS Electric and GE Vernova to establish HVDC joint venture

South Korean firm LS Electric and U.S.-based GE Vernova have announced a joint venture to target the high-voltage direct current (HVDC) market. The partnership aims to combine LS Electric's manufacturing capabilities with GE Vernova's global reach to address rising demand for grid modernization and renewable energy integration.
