Swedish crisis information portal Krisinformation.se offline, backup site active

Sweden's official crisis information website Krisinformation.se is down, with users redirected to a backup page. The cause is unclear; the outage is notable as the portal is a key public-safety communication channel, though no emergency has been reported.
