Argentine Congress faces surge in legislative proposals addressing record household debt

Over 25 legislative initiatives have been introduced in the Argentine Congress to address household debt, which the PRO foundation reports has reached a 20-year peak. It remains uncertain which, if any, of these competing proposals will gain sufficient cross-party support to pass into law.
