Bolivian authorities imprison mother for severe child abuse in El Alto

A woman has been remanded to prison in El Alto following the severe scalding of her daughter, which resulted in 12 days of medical incapacity. The case is being handled by the Special Force to Combat Violence (FELCV) as a criminal matter of domestic abuse.
