Netanyahu aide sought ChatGPT advice to whitewash Qatar during war

Channel 12 reports Uri Elitzur, an advisor to Benjamin Netanyahu, asked ChatGPT in September 2024 for suggestions to improve Qatar's image, a year into the Gaza war. Elitzur claims he does not recall the query; opposition figures allege the PM's office is working with a Qatari agent and call for a treason investigation. The claim is sourced to a single report and remains unverified, but it escalates domestic political pressure on Netanyahu.
