Montenegro High Court rules state liable for illegal salary regulation interpretation

The Montenegrin High Court has ruled that the state must compensate public sector employees for salary discrepancies caused by misapplied regulations. The Trade Union of Administration and Justice is now calling for accountability for the officials responsible for the initial legal misinterpretation that led to these financial liabilities.
