BiH Deputy Speaker challenges RS law on genocide victims' property in constitutional appeal

Kemal Ademović, Deputy Chairman of the House of Peoples of BiH, filed a constitutional review request against an RS entity law that allegedly allows registration of private property of genocide victims in the RS.
