Ecuador and Peru formalize bilateral security and energy cooperation pact

Ecuadorian President Daniel Noboa and Peruvian opposition leader Keiko Fujimori have agreed to coordinate efforts against transnational organized crime. The initiative also includes plans for joint energy infrastructure projects and regular binational diplomatic dialogues to address regional security challenges.
