Brazilian advisors propose regulation for offshore forex and CFD platforms

Abai has formally proposed that Brazil's Ministry of Finance regulate international forex and CFD platforms targeting Brazilian investors, which currently operate outside the formal system. The proposal, also sent to the Central Bank and CVM, signals a potential shift toward oversight of a previously unregulated segment, though no regulatory action has been taken yet.
