Former ARSAT and ORSNA President Facundo Leal granted house arrest

Facundo Leal has been transferred from Ezeiza prison to house arrest in Palermo following medical assessments citing severe drug addiction. The Federal Penitentiary Service stated it lacks the capacity to provide the necessary specialized treatment for his condition.
