Slovak Union of Cities head criticizes Fico administration over delayed public administration reform

Richard Rybníček, head of the Union of Cities of Slovakia, accused the Fico government of cowardice for attempting to shift the burden of public administration reform onto local municipalities. He argues that Slovakia's current financial instability is the direct result of two decades of systemic reform stagnation.
