Tampere mass stabbing perpetrator appeals 9.5-year sentence

The individual convicted of a mass stabbing in Ratina, Tampere, has formally challenged the Pirkanmaa District Court's verdict. The defendant was previously sentenced to 9.5 years for three counts of attempted murder and one count of aggravated assault.
