Roscosmos pitches ground-based space infrastructure projects to African nations

Roscosmos head Dmitry Rogozin announced at the Russia-Africa forum that the agency is offering African countries joint projects in ground-based space infrastructure and spacecraft development. The specific countries and project details remain unspecified, and the actual uptake is uncertain.
