Ukraine HUR claims 108 Russian soldiers killed, 29 captured in Sumy Oblast operation

Ukraine's military intelligence (HUR) claims its Group 10 special forces killed 108 Russian soldiers and captured 29 in an operation in Sumy Oblast, reportedly thwarting Russian offensive plans and preventing the cutting of Ukrainian logistical routes. The claim is unverified and part of ongoing conflict reporting, with no independent confirmation. This matters as it indicates continued active combat in the Sumy region, potentially affecting the operational situation and morale.
