Belgian municipality rejects Inex's 47m warehouse plan as too large

The municipal council of Sint-Lievens-Houtem has issued a negative advisory opinion to the province on dairy company Inex's proposed 47-meter-high warehouse in Bavegem, citing it as too big and too high. The final decision rests with the provincial authorities, and the company may still appeal or adjust plans. This is a local land-use dispute with no immediate market impact.
