Zelensky, Rubio discuss Starlink restoration and missile interceptors amid US delivery delays

Ukraine's president held a 'substantial' call with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio to address the restoration of Starlink services and the delivery of missile interceptors, which Zelensky had accused Washington of deliberately delaying. The conversation also covered US early-warning data that helps Ukraine detect incoming Russian missiles. The outcome is uncertain, but the exchange signals a potential de-escalation in US-Ukraine friction over military support.
