City authorities initiate maintenance on Isuto drainage canal ahead of rainy season

Municipal crews have begun clearing the Isuto canal between the fourth and fifth rings to restore drainage capacity. The project is scheduled for completion by November to mitigate flood risks during the upcoming rainy season.
