Haiti opens two new technical higher education centers in Thiotte and Dame-Marie

Haiti's Ministry of National Education inaugurated CEST centers in Thiotte and Dame-Marie, continuing a national expansion of technical higher education after previous openings in Petit-Trou de Nippes, Petit-Goâve, Mare-Rouge, and Saint-Raphaël. The move signals sustained government investment in vocational training infrastructure, though operational capacity and funding remain unverified. This is a routine administrative development with limited immediate market or geopolitical impact.
