Universidad de Concepción rejects proposal for new campus in Angol

The Universidad de Concepción has formally declined a proposal from the Angol municipality to establish a new campus in the commune. The initiative was originally proposed as a solution to the Universidad de La Frontera's inability to offer professional degree programs due to financial constraints.
