ICE vehicle runs over bystander in Houston; victim unrelated to target

A Texas man, Miguel Parra-Hernandez, was run over by an ICE vehicle during a traffic stop in Houston, suffering serious injuries, and remains in ICE custody. His representatives state he had no connection to the person agents were pursuing, raising questions about the operation's conduct. The incident adds to scrutiny of ICE enforcement tactics and could fuel political debate on immigration policy.
