CNSAS official proposes 'German model' for investigating 1989 Revolution and Mineriada crimes

Mădălin Hodor of the CNSAS has proposed adopting a German-style legal framework to ensure that investigations into the 1989 Revolution and the 1990 Mineriada remain open indefinitely. This proposal follows public skepticism regarding the resolution of these cases, which allegedly involve high-ranking officials like SPP head Lucian Pahonțu, aiming to establish that crimes against humanity are not subject to statute of limitations.
