Flydubai attacker's online manosphere ties emerge in investigation

Investigators have revealed that the co-pilot of Flydubai flight 1073, who carried out an attack, had a history of engaging with 'manosphere' content and expressing misogynistic views online. The extent to which these views motivated the attack remains unclear, but the finding adds a new dimension to the investigation. This matters as it may influence counterterrorism and radicalization monitoring strategies.
