Erbud exits modular construction, books PLN 286M loss, eyes PLN 50M recovery

Erbud, a Polish construction group, has discontinued its modular construction business, recording a PLN 286 million net loss from discontinued operations in H1 2026, while continuing operations posted a PLN 2.8 million profit. The company expects to recover approximately PLN 50 million over the next two years from the exit. This marks a strategic retreat from a previously pursued segment, with the financial impact now realized.
