Driver kills teen in Hadera hit-and-run, shot by security, arrested

A driver from Kfar Manda, suspected of reckless driving and negligence, fatally struck 17-year-old Amichai Atia in a Hadera parking lot during Selichot prayers after youths confronted him over unloading cargo.
