DPS Nikšić challenges legality of memorial symbols and authorization process

The Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) in Nikšić has accused Mayor Marko Kovačević of bypassing institutional procedures regarding a new memorial featuring an unofficial tricolor flag. The opposition is demanding the public release of legal documentation to verify the memorial's authorization, alleging the mayor misled visiting officials, including Patriarch Porfirije and Milorad Dodik.
