Norwegian Offshore Oil Labor Deal Averted Strike, 1300 Workers Covered

Safe and Offshore Norge reached a mediated agreement on the Oil Agreement for ~1300 land-based employees, averting a strike that could have disrupted Norwegian oil operations. The deal covers permanent onshore staff at operator companies, including 16 members at Equinor, Norske Shell, and Esso Norge. The resolution removes immediate supply-side risk to Norwegian oil output.
